**Disclaimers**

Polaris a DeFi experiment. The POLAR token carries no intrinsic financial value and does not pretend otherwise. POLAR is NOT an investment and should not be treated as such.

Polaris contracts have not been officially audited yet, however our team contributors and developers have made reasonable efforts to ensure the protocol’s integrity through testing and collaboration. Any person or entity who chooses to engage with the POLAR and associated contracts are doing so completely at their own risk.

The Polaris developmental roadmap is aspirational and delivery (or non-delivery) of these objectives is entirely at the team’s sole discretion.

The Polaris team and community will not be liable in any way for financial losses incurred due to your use of the Polaris platform (including technical issues or liquidity providing activities) or POLAR token.&#x20;

Please perform your own due diligence and thorough research on Polaris DeFi and the other protocols before taking any action.<br>

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://polarisproject.gitbook.io/polaris-defi/misc/disclaimer.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
